Who we are

AsanVisa.pk provides study abroad and visit visa consulting services from offices in Lahore. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it. Questions can be sent to info@asanvisa.pk.

What we collect

When you request a consultation or subscribe to updates we collect the details you enter: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, preferred destination and anything you write in the message field. If you later become a client we collect the academic, financial and identity documents needed for applications and visa filings, with your consent.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
• To send intake deadlines and scholarship alerts if you subscribed.
• To submit applications to universities and visa authorities on your instruction.
• To improve this website using anonymous usage statistics.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the universities, test providers and government bodies involved in your application, and with service providers that host this website and deliver our email.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for twelve months. Client files are kept for as long as required to support your application and any follow-up, and then for the period required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from updates at any time. Email us and we will respond within ten working days.
